Functional and well laid out kitchen with new fridge and stove. Spacious living room incorporates a nook from which to eat or serve meals. A small study/desk area is built into the hallway between rooms.
A large Porch area, 15x30 feet, adjoins the living room and faces the sea and takes advantage of sea breezes – undoubtedly a must in Belize.

A small thatch covered Palapa beside the Bay, measuring 11x10 feet, can also be used to relax in the hammock.
An outside storage shed, 7x15 feet provides space for odds and ends.
House and Garage windows and patio door are protected by burglar bars which blend into the framing design of the windows.
The lot size is about 90 (roadside)x196 (North side) x93 (waterfront) x224 (South Side). The driveway is a drive-thru style.
The shore line has been fortified with both a concrete and stone seawall and a walk down stairway provides access to the Bay.
