Currently, there is a small wooden house on the property that people do use for overnight trips on the island.

This island is great for fly fishing as one can walk out to the reef and fish right off the island. The island also has a great area to swim which would be south of the island and the swimming ground would be roughly 6ft deep.

The property is about an hour and half boats ride from Belize City and would be roughly 34 miles east of Belize City.
