Overall house dimensions are 30x55 feet, consists of two bedrooms – the main bedroom has air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. The spare room is adjacent to a second full bathroom. Functional and well laid out kitchen with new fridge and stove. Spacious living room incorporates a nook from which to eat or serve meals. A small study/desk area is built into the hallway between rooms. 

A large Porch area, 15x30 feet, adjoins the living room and faces the sea and takes advantage of sea breezes – undoubtedly a must in Belize. 

A detached garage, 14x21 feet, with a separate bathroom can also serve as a second spare bedroom – presently set up as our spa for our weekly massage sessions. There is also a third Queen size bed in the garage.
