The apartment has access to a backup generator in the event of a black out and access to a 10,000 gallon water reserve in the event of a water shortage.  The apartment has 1 reserved parking spot on the premises for the unit.

This unique apartment comes with the electricity and water connected and one just has to pay the bill. While the apartment does not include cable and internet it would just be an easy connection with CBC (Channel Broadcasting Cable).

This apartment is only a quick 10 to 15 minutes walk from restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, hardware store, police station, and churches.  

This apartment rents for an unbeatable price of only $750 USD monthly. A minimum of 1 year contract is required.
