Amenities are easily accessible, as Corozal Town is only a 15 minute boat ride across the Corozal Bay for easy shopping, access to medical facilities and entertainment. The Cerros Maya Ruins are approximately 1 mile away by boat. There is a small resort/hotel about 2 minutes away from the property, a few homes along the water front, and a condo development at the southern end of the peninsula. The area is developing and is ripe for investment.

The Barrier Reef is only an hour and a half away from the property. One can access great diving, fishing, snorkelling and other activities on the beautiful islands in the area, such as Ambergris Caye, Caye Caulker, and many more.
