This newly constructed unique beach house is designed to maximize the views and the Caribbean breezes. It has two master suites strategically located on either side of the 500+ sq. Foot great room. Each suite has its own private bath and its own access to the 43 foot long deck. It has an amazing 2 story spiral staircase providing access to the beach and the roof top deck. The kitchen offers full size appliances, including a dishwasher, granite countertops and local mahogany cabinetry. The open floor plan, low maintenance home provides that relaxing, stress free holiday experience we all desire.
Mellow Yellow Cabana is located on the beach just steps from the Caribbean in the centre of Hopkins, a small fishing village of approximately 1200 people. The location could not be better! It is just a few short steps from the grocery store and several restaurants. Evening strolls are common in Hopkins and from here you can comfortably walk to one end of the village or the other. The people of the village are friendly and very outgoing and quickly become an extended family. There are vehicles for hire but for the most part the area is easily accessible by bicycle or on foot. Minimum stay is 3 Nights only at $180 USD per night. Note that prices vary during high and slow season.No Pets and no smoking is allowed in the Home. Note that price vary during slow and high season.
If you are in the mood for some less strenuous activity you can relax in the shade on the covered deck. Read that book you haven’t had time for and enjoy the Caribbean breezes on a lounger or in a hammock. For the sun worshipers the rooftop deck is open to the sun and affords a lovely view of Victoria peak during the day as well as the beautiful tropical sunsets in the evening, star gazing optional.
