This private island is divided into two private islands that are located less than 150 ft away from the beautiful reef. The property has over 1,500 ft of seafront facing the beautiful reef. The property has about ½ an acre planted with coconut trees and cleaned up nicely. Currently, there is a small wooden house on the property that people do use for overnight trips on the island.
This island is great for fly fishing as one can walk out to the reef and fish right off the island. The island also has a great area to swim which would be south of the island and the swimming ground would be roughly 6ft deep.
This is one of those islands that would be excellent for a private island or would be great to be developed as a resort right off the reef.
The property is about an hour and half boats ride from Belize City and would be roughly 34 miles east of Belize City.
