This is a low maintenance home made of concrete block which is very nice for keeping the inside cool.
The fencing around the pool area is made of zinc and pre-painted. The pillars are concrete block.
A one room air-conditioner has been added to the master bedroom for the nights when the humidity is too much. We've only used it 3 times!
This would be wonderful for either full time living or a great vacation retreat.
The tool shed is located at the back of the pool yard and hidden by a lovely Royal palm and Ficus. Other Palms are planted all around the home.
