These are truly unique fully furnished tiny home studio apartments located in the heart of San Pedro Town. The studios are located in the Boca Del Rio area of San Pedro Town and is within a 5 minute walk to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, churches, hardware stores, coffee shops and the water taxis.
These apartments are fully equipped with a Queen size bed with sheets, quilt, and pillows, Television, Fridge, Induction stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, spoons, forks, towels, and other small items! One would just need to bring clothes.
The outside of the studio apartment have a private porch with table and chairs for outdoor eating.
As for the utilities, the apartment includes, water and internet. The electricity is already connected and one would just need to pay the bill. Our water comes from well and it completely processed through our on site water softener system to make for a clean soft water with high pressure.
Other services included in the apartment rental are garbage disposal, yard maintenance, access to a laundry room for washing and drying.
