The tour operation, operates under licensing from the Belize Tourism Bureau and generates in tours and transports another aspect of cash flow. The new rental units already have seen robust occupancy levels and group bookings are becoming regular. A roof top area has tables and chairs, A BBQ, A bar and sink and is used for private parties and guest use. There is also a pool with Jacuzzi on the beachfront.
The property features a 150 foot dock with palapa.
