An International Business Company (IBC) owns the majority of the assets, and absolute control, of a Tropical Resort in the Caribbean Sea.  That is an offshore company.  The assets are held by two Belizean Limited Liability Companies (LLC), which will be referred to as LLC #1 and LLC #2 and are managed by a Management Company, all of which are controlled by the IBC. The IBC has incalculable tax advantages for the Buyer and also allows anonymous purchase, ownership and operation of the resort.
